Welcome to our Health & Wellbeing Page!
The COVID-19 outbreak has affected schools in Hong Kong and around the world. Our school was required to suspend classes to our community on 3rd February 2020, in an effort to protect our students and families and help contain the outbreak.
With the current situation in Hong Kong, we believe that nurturing your child’s well-being is more important than ever. Every Friday, our learning and teaching focus was taken from our Arts and Personal, Social and Physical Education curriculum and the activities offered were designed to encourage your child to be active and stay healthy.
On this page, you can revisit videos that have been shared in the past and watch them as often as you like. Please keep checking this page as more well-being videos will be uploaded on a regular basis. The most current videos will be placed at the top of each section.Feelings
